About
You talk to the person who builds it.

Loïc Legrand

As the founder of DigitalCX, I take your first call, design the tool, write the code, and look after it once it’s live.

- Jobify
Background
From the web to AI, the same obsession with usability.
Before AI, eight years of web development and design: websites, apps, and interfaces built around the people who use them.
- Web development
Websites and tools for small businesses and large companies
Websites, forms, databases, integrations: projects delivered for companies of every size, from small businesses to international groups.
- UX design
Designing for the people who do the work
A tool nobody uses is worthless. Every screen is designed and tested with the team before it gets built.
- AI integration
AI plugged into your software
DigitalCX brings both skill sets to AI: agents and automations that work inside your ERP, CRM, and inbox.
- Today
One founder and his AI agents
My agents test, review, document, and monitor. I design, I decide, and I stand behind every delivery.
How I work
Four principles, written into every proposal.
Well-designed AI starts with a tool that’s useful, reliable, and yours.
- 01
Useful before impressive
I start from a real task your team does. If a simple setting in your software does the job, I’ll tell you, even if that ends the project.
- 02
Human review is a setting
Task by task, you choose: a person approves, or the tool acts on its own once it has proven itself. Anything outside the rules goes back to a person.
- 03
Everything is in your name
Accounts, code, data, and your AI provider: it all stays yours, and you can carry on without me.
- 04
In writing before we start
Before day one, the scope, fixed price, and go-live date are written down and agreed on.
From first call to go-live
Getting set up, step by step.
We move in short steps, each with a concrete result, and you decide what comes next.
Contact
Let’s talk about the task that takes up most of your time.
Describe it in one sentence, and I’ll tell you straight whether AI can take it off your plate.
On the call, we look at your workflow together and I show you the closest tool, on sample data. If a simple setting in your software does the job, I’ll tell you.
Questions
Working with me. Straight answers.
01Are you a freelance AI developer or an AI agency?
Not quite either. I’m the founder of DigitalCX, and I work solo with my AI agents. You get a freelancer’s availability and an agency-style written process: audit, prototype, go-live date.
02Who will I be talking to?
Me, at every step: the first call, the audit, the build, and ongoing support. There’s no salesperson or project manager in between.
03Do you work with subcontractors?
No. I design and write the code myself, with my AI agents helping with testing, code review, and documentation. Every delivery goes through me.
04Can an AI developer in Paris work with businesses anywhere in France?
Yes. I’m based in Paris, and projects run over video calls, with an on-site visit when the audit calls for it.
05What languages can we work in?
French, Italian, and English, for our conversations as well as for the tools I deliver.
