In short
- An informational site, accessible without an account.
- The demos, first names, and figures shown are fictional examples.
- An appointment request is confirmed by email.
- Every engagement is set out in a written proposal.
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the digitalcx.fr website, published by Loïc Legrand, sole proprietor (EI), under the trade name DigitalCX (see the legal notice). Using the site constitutes acceptance of these terms.
They do not apply to DigitalCX’s services, which are governed by the written proposal and the general terms of sale provided with it (Section 9).
2. Access to the site
The site is open to all, with no account required. DigitalCX strives to keep it accessible at all times but may suspend it, in particular for maintenance, without notice or compensation. The equipment and internet connection needed to access the site are the user’s responsibility.
3. Site content
The site presents DigitalCX’s business and services for information purposes. It does not constitute a contractual offer.
Except for the logos and names of the clients mentioned, the scenarios, first names, companies, figures, and savings shown in the demos, animations, and video are fictional examples, created to illustrate how the tools work. Actual results depend on each business and are estimated in the proposal.
Blog articles provide general information, valid as of their publication date. They do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice tailored to your situation.
4. Appointment requests
The form on the Contact page lets you request a video call. A request is not a firm booking: DigitalCX confirms the appointment by email and may also suggest another time slot or decline a request unrelated to its business.
Time slots are set in Paris time and displayed in your device’s time zone. The number of slots offered each day is deliberately limited.
The call does not commit you or DigitalCX to entering into a contract.
The user agrees to provide accurate information that concerns them or that they are authorized to share, and not to use the form in an automated or abusive manner.
5. Intellectual property
The site’s content (text, illustrations, animations, videos, DigitalCX logo, and code) is protected by the French Intellectual Property Code. Any reuse, even partial, requires the prior written consent of Loïc Legrand, except where the law allows it (private copying, short quotations citing the source).
6. Third-party trademarks and logos
The names and logos of the software and clients mentioned remain the property of their respective owners. Software is cited to show which tools DigitalCX’s solutions can work with, not to suggest any partnership with, or endorsement by, its owners. Reusing these trademarks and logos without their owners’ consent is prohibited.
7. Links
The site may link to other websites, whose content DigitalCX does not control and for which it is not responsible.
You may link to a page of digitalcx.fr, provided you do not display it within another site and do not suggest a partnership. DigitalCX may request that a link be removed.
8. Liability
DigitalCX takes care to ensure that the information published is accurate but cannot guarantee that it is complete or always up to date. To the extent permitted by law, DigitalCX is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site or of the information it contains, or for interruptions of the site. The user remains responsible for how they use this information and for the security of their equipment.
9. Commercial terms
DigitalCX’s services (audit, design, development, and integration of AI tools) are intended for business customers. Each one is covered by a written proposal that specifies the scope, price, deadline, and commitments, and to which DigitalCX’s general terms of sale are attached.
These general terms of sale are provided to any business customer who requests them at contact@digitalcx.fr (Article L. 441-1 of the French Commercial Code).
The commitments described on the site are spelled out in each proposal, and only the proposal is binding.
10. Personal data
How your data is processed is described in the privacy policy.
11. Changes to these terms
DigitalCX may change these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one online at the time of your visit; its date appears at the top of the page.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable settlement will be sought first; failing that, jurisdiction lies with the courts designated by the general rules of law.
